About the Role

We are looking for an English-Speaking Wedding & Events Sales Manager to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, fully remote position focused on managing inbound leads, building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle.

The adecuado candidate has proven sales experience, a strong understanding of the wedding and events industry, and the ability to confidently communicate with clients while collaborating closely with creative and production teams.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and event vision
- Develop and present tailored proposals, packages, and quotes
- Follow up consistently with prospects and guide them through the complete sales process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
- Maintain accurate client information, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM




- Collaborate with designers, florists, coordinators, and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Support event planning and management to ensure successful event execution
- Represent Flowers Time Miami professionally and help strengthen our presence in the luxury events industry

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wedding, events, hospitality, or luxury service industry
- Strong knowledge of event planning and event management
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience planning or selling private events, weddings, or corporate events
- Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
- Experience with CRM platforms is preferred
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills
