JL Closets , South Florida’s leader in high-end custom storage solutions, is looking for a Finance, Accounting & Payroll Manager to oversee our financial operations, accounting functions, and payroll processes while leading our remote finance team based in Argentina.

This isn’t your typical back-office role—you’ll be a key part of our leadership structure, helping us maintain accurate financial operations, ensure timely and accurate payroll, improve internal systems and processes, and provide insights that support strategic growth. What You’ll Do

- Take ownership of daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and compliant
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Manage bank and credit card reconciliations, bookkeeping, and other accounting activities
- Lead and mentor two bookkeepers in Argentina, setting clear expectations and reviewing deliverables
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance to support smarter business decisions
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Partner with external accountants on tax filings, audits, year-end processes, and other accounting requirements
- Identify and implement improvements in financial, accounting, and payroll workflows and systems
- Establish efficient procedures, controls,



and accountability standards across finance and accounting operations
- Support leadership with financial analysis and recommendations that contribute to business growth

What You Bring

- 15+ years of finance, accounting, or payroll experience, with a strong track record in leadership
- Proven experience overseeing finance and accounting operations, including payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, reconciliations, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
- Experience managing and developing remote teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- A leadership approach that balances accountability with coaching and team development
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently follow through
