We're Hiring | Finance Controller (QuickBooks Expert)

100% Remote | Contract | LATAM / Central America

We're placing a Controller for a high-end U.S.-based design firm. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the General Ledger — reporting directly to the CFO.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

→ Full General Ledger management

→ Monthly book close & reconciliations

→ P&L; statements across two business divisions

→ Supervise AR/AP specialists

→ Payroll, vendor payments & expense approvals

→ Bank reconciliations & cash position monitoring

→ Tax coordination (payroll tax, sales tax, 1099s)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Prior experience as Controller or Senior Accountant

✅ QuickBooks — expert level (non-negotiable)

✅ English C1/C2 — written and verbal

✅ BigTime or similar project accounting software (plus)

✅ Remote-ready, detail-oriented, immediate availability

✅ Overlap with U.S. business hours required
