Jadeer is looking for a Freelance Recruiter based in Buenos Aires to support our growing recruitment projects across Argentina and international markets.

? What You’ll Do:

- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fit
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Support multiple recruitment projects based on business needs

✅ What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English is required
- Strong knowledge of the Argentinian talent market
- Experience hiring for BPO, Customer Service, Sales, or international roles is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
