Your Contribution:
- Lead industrialization of new products and manage changes to existing products and processes.
- Define and optimize technological processes, production parameters, and related documentation.
- Validate new products, components, and materials before serial production.
- Monitor and improve production performance (OEE,



KPIs), ensuring process stability and efficiency.
- Solve technical issues using structured problem-solving methods.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, automation).
- Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing/process engineering and production optimization.
- Strong understanding of technological processes, industrialization, and product validation.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and very good MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of CAD tools.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, and structured problem-solving methods.
- Experience with KPI monitoring (OEE, scrap reduction, cost optimization).
- Strong analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset.
