Your Mission:
As a MarTech Specialist, you’ll support the technical onboarding and implementation of new clients — ensuring their growth strategy is supported by a clean, scalable, and reliable technology stack. You’ll support the configuration and connection of the tools that power performance and measurement, help establish best-practice environments, and contribute to building repeatable implementation standards across accounts. This role is highly hands-on, deeply technical, and has a broad scope to improve how we operate, automate, and deliver outcomes.

What You’ll Do: Client Technical Onboarding & Implementation
- Work closely with the Tech Onboarding Lead to plan, execute,



and continuously improve the technical onboarding process for new clients.
- Support technical onboarding from discovery to go-live, aligning each client’s growth strategy with a stack that fits their operational model.
- Implement and configure core platforms and accounts (e.g., Meta, Google, other performance channels) to ensure accuracy, access control, naming conventions, and consistent setup.
- Help build and maintain scalable onboarding frameworks across clients by following the standards.

Systems, Tracking & Integrations
- Develop a solid understanding of how major advertising platforms work (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including optimization parameters and how to improve systems in production environments.
- Support the configuration and connection of tools such as GHL, HubSpot, GA4, Clarity, Zapier, AgencyAnalytics, and others as required.
