DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Representative for the LSG (Life Sciences Group) Portfolio in Argentina, you will play a crucial role in growing our business and achieving sales targets in this dynamic market. You'll represent Thermo Fisher Scientific's extensive Life Sciences and Genetics portfolio, focusing on technical and consultative sales. Your role involves developing and implementing territory plans, identifying new business opportunities,



and building productive relationships across multiple functions and levels within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Local Manager to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans for LSG products and workflows.
- Grow the business by identifying, visiting, and following up with potential customers, with the primary objective of overachieving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Utilize your strong technical understanding of Biology and Genetics Sciences' products to promote and conduct consultative sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales results, develop new customers, and introduce new products through daily customer visits.
- Build and maintain an accurate sales forecast, taking accountability for the numbers and meeting territory targets.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for customers in Argentina, providing comprehensive support, information, and addressing related requests.
