What the day will look like
- The Head of Delivery Office is responsible for ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role leads the central Delivery Office, including:_- _ The portfolio of projects and programs (change & transformation, product launches, major enhancements_
- _ A team of Project/Program Managers and PMO professionals_
- _ A community of Scrum Masters and Agile delivery leads_




- _ The Business Implementation Center of Excellence (CoE), accountable for business readiness, product set‑up, configuration, and operationalization in core systems_
- _ Own the organization’s end‑to‑end delivery model, ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution of strategic initiatives from idea to value realization across waterfall, agile, and hybrid approache_
- _ Lead enterprise portfolio management, including prioritization, capacity planning, governance, and integrated roadmapping, ensuring clear visibility of dependencies, risks, milestones, and value delivery _
- _Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams of Project/Program Managers, PMO professionals, and Scrum Masters, setting delivery standards, coaching leaders, and driving continuous improvement in ways of working_
- _ Establish and lead the Business Implementation Center of Excellence, ensuring effective product configuration, system readiness,
