About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to manage and scale a new recruiting pod. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, client ownership, and process improvement. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while helping shape how we do recruiting as a company.

This is a hybrid role based in Palermo, CABA. We work onsite 4 days per week (4x1).

About You

You are a senior recruiter who enjoys both execution and leadership.



You are comfortable owning clients end-to-end, mentoring other recruiters, and working in fast-paced startup environments.

Must-haves
- 6+ years of experience in Recruiting, ideally in startups or high-growth environments
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Lead Recruiter or in a people-management role
- Experience managing, coaching, and guiding recruiting teams
- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
