The Work You'll Do:
As a Renewals Specialist, you'll be a key player in our newly created Renewals organization, helping ensure our customers continue to thrive with Sovos solutions.



This quota-carrying role puts you at the intersection of customer relationships and business growth, where your ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and drive results will directly impact our success. You'll work closely with Account Management and Customer Success teams while managing your own portfolio of SaaS customer renewals.

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their evolving needs and ensure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success teams to develop comprehensive account plans that drive retention and growth
- Proactively identify and capitalize on renewal upsell opportunities within your assigned territory
- Lead customer negotiations to secure successful renewals while balancing customer needs with company objectives
