Were looking for a Salesforce Platform Engineer / GTM Systems Engineer
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Argentina Time

Were hiring a Salesforce Admin / Developer to help scale and stabilize our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce.

This is not a classic enterprise Salesforce admin role. Youll operate as a builder and systems owner, sitting at the intersection of Salesforce, data, and GTM tooling. Youll design workflows, reporting, and integrations that power our revenue engine.

Youll join at a foundational moment: Salesforce is launching, and youll absorb day-one knowledge while helping build the system from a blank canvas.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong Salesforce fundamentals:
- Reporting, dashboards, workflow automation
- Custom fields, objects, and process builder/flows
- Experience with CRM data and GTM workflows
- HubSpot + Salesforce integration experience

Strong Plus:




- Clay power user or experience with enrichment tools
- Comfortable using modern AI tools
- Experience with systems that sync into Salesforce

Nice to Have:
- Basic Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL)
- Data analytics experience
- Hex or BI dashboarding
- GTM engineering exposure

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automations
- Own Salesforce reporting, including:
- Enterprise vs. mid-market segmentation
- Deal size by rep, pipeline velocity, conversion metrics
- Support and optimize HubSpot-Salesforce sync
- Integrate and manage tools that connect to Salesforce, including:
- Clay (data enrichment + workflows)
- AI-powered GTM tools
- Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership
- Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale GTM systems
