As a Sr UX/UI Designer & User Experience professional for our Help and Request team you will:
- Be responsible for defining user-centered processes and ensure they proliferate across the teams that they support, must think strategically about product and design, and communicate persuasively to influence decisions.
- Collaborate on business requirements, perceive and conduct research on user behavior, and translate them into user stories, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Interact with business users and product management teams regularly and convert their ideas into concepts.
- Provide walkthroughs and demos on user journeys, mockups, and other deliverables to the development team, business stakeholders, and product teams.
- Take a user-centered design (UCD) approach to develop UX solutions

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- A minimum of five years' experience in UX designing using best practices and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Expertise in standard UX software tools such as Figma,



Adobe, Sketch, Invision or similar tools
- Fluent in english
- Designing and delivering world-class digital experiences
- User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs
- Experience with generative and evaluative research methods
