Contribute to our Assisted Inspection Coding service, directly impacting client outcomes.

? Responsibilities:

- Analyzing large sets of video footage to ensure consistent quality of our Artificial Intelligence engine.
- Identifying and marking defects observed while reviewing the video footage results.
- Reporting of any identified opportunities for improvement.




- Documenting and reporting findings in our client’s water systems, thus enabling quick proactive action on urgent defects.
- Data entry specific to client deliverables.
- Tracking project progress and analytics daily.
- Testing new software features related to the services analyst processes.

✅ Requirements:

- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or current advanced student in Engineering, System Management, Physics, Maths, Industrial Design, IT or any quantitative field.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
- Familiarity with Windows operating system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

?? Non-mandatory skills:

- International work or study experience preferred.
- Previous experience in QA testing is a plus.
- MS Access and MS SQL database understanding.
- Knowledge of the NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program
