Preparation and Final Delivery:
- Expertly performs duties related to the preparation of and final delivery of complex information such as converting, coding, merging, rendering, keying, loading and validation of information.
- Troubleshoots complex issues related to the conversion of new or existing information for established workflows or product development enhancements.




- Anticipates and applies content changes.
- Reviews and delivers final product through electronic files for all media.
- Prepares and reviews content for 3rd party vendors.
- Monitors and provides input to deadlines.
- Reviews responses to customer questions prior to submission.
