Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a Narrative Content Producer to lead editorial strategy, narrative framing, and content ideation across our podcast-driven client portfolio. This role focuses on developing podcast prep documents, identifying story arcs, curating key moments, and ensuring all content aligns with the campaign’s editorial line and strategic goals.

You are a story-first creative who thrives at the intersection of content strategy and production. You understand what makes content compelling across formats and platforms-and you can guide others in building it. You’ll collaborate closely with the host, project manager, editors,



and a Social Media & Marketing Assistant (who executes the rollout and publishing process).

You will not be responsible for writing captions, publishing content, or managing the content calendar-but you will oversee the editorial direction behind all pieces, ensuring strategic alignment and narrative clarity. You will also be responsible for overseeing the full episode edit process-reviewing, approving, and guiding editors to ensure quality, narrative flow, tone, and brand voice are upheld.
