We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team.

What you´ll do

As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with product managers and development teams to guide Agile practices, foster team collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects. You will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:




- Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for existing and newly formed Scrum teams.
- Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Stand-Ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
- Partner with Product Managers to create and maintain delivery roadmaps and product backlogs.
- Maintain relevant metrics and information radiators to track progress and performance.
- Facilitate communication between Scrum teams and business/technical stakeholders.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure teams meet sprint goals.
- Conduct productive meetings with clear, actionable outcomes.
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA to manage Agile workflows.

Necessary skills and experience required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and team empowerment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
