The Role

Shared Ground is seeking an experienced Research Consultant in Latin America to lead a research programme on the values, beliefs, and attitudes of New Right voters in Argentina, Chile, and El Salvador. This research will form the foundation for Shared Ground’s policy development and political engagement strategy in the region.

The consultant will play a central role in designing and delivering mixed-methods research, including desk research, survey development, qualitative tools, data analysis, and synthesis of findings for both technical and non-technical audiences. The work will help identify how environmental and climate issues can be understood, discussed, and translated into policy proposals that resonate with audiences and political actors across the region.
