This position will be responsible to interact with different teams throughout the company from IT to Commercial – this person will be responsible to use data from internal and external resources to generate adequate rates for the development of A&H; business

Key Responsibilities

- Develop pricing models of current/new products into Radar for A&H; products in Latin America
- Recommend improvements to pricing standards;
- Prepare rate development/review analyses as required;
- Monitoring the main variables of the pricing to keep profitable products;
- Work with the databases and clean up to proper use in daily activities of Pricing team;
- Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data capture and processing
- Provide insights and propose rate monitoring for A&H; Manager

Qualifications

- Actuary, Statistics or Data Science;
- 5+ years of experience with data and pricing models;
- Prior experience using Radar and Databricks advantageous.
- Keen sense of detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to influence others and build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.



Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently or in a team environment
- Advanced data skills, with experience working with large datasets using SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
- Knowledge of scripting in AI tools such as Claude Code or similar tools

Key competencies:

- Strong pricing experience, preferably with system-integrated pricing models. Experience working with IT on system-wide model implementation and/or data restructuring would be a plus.

- Understanding KPIs such as COR, ULR, rate change, and their relation to profitability.
- Ability to work with a broad range of partners, from technical to strategic.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly about pricing and challenge in a constructive manner.
- Proactive and meticulous, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of ML and AI.
