Bridgeway Integral Staffing is hiring phone-first Sales Representatives to work directly with growing U.S. home services companies (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, and more).

We are looking for proactive, competitive communicators who excel on the phone and know how to turn cold or quiet CRM leads into booked opportunities.

? Job Details:

- Location: 100% Remote (LatAm)
- Schedule: Full-time (U.S. business hours)
- Compensation: Paid in USD (Long-term placement, not gig work)

? What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads sitting in the CRM.
- Send personalized follow-up texts and warm voice notes to drive callbacks.
- Re-engage silent leads and quotes that went quiet by selling on value rather than discounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and hit weekly activity targets.

✨ Requirements:
- Advanced/Bilingual spoken English fluency (C1/C2) — mandatory for daily U.S. phone calls.




- Proven experience in phone-based sales, call centers, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to craft strong, human follow-up messages independently.
- Quiet home office setup with stable internet and a proper headset/computer.
