Title: Sales Manager

Base: Argentina & Jordan/Saudi/Iraq (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – The idóneo candidate will have 5+ years of experience in biotechnology solution sales with strong exposure to Upstream and Downstream bioprocess systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve sales targets for the Middle East or the South America biotech region (based on the region) .
- Identify new business opportunities across Biopharma, Biosimilars, Vaccines, CGT, CDMOs, and Research Institutes.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical discussions, proposals, and deal closure.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.

Customer & Market Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical workshops,



demos, and presentations.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and technology updates.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, project updates, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with service, marketing, and project teams for end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven sales success in the Pharmaceutical Equipment/Biotech/Biopharma sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Frequent travel is a must.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
