- A visionary outlook with the knack for identifying emerging market trends and business opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the drive to develop and expand new business lines in alignment with our capabilities.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. An advanced level of English.
