Role Description As a Senior Designer at the manager level, you will lead the creative direction and visual design for technical marketing projects across aerospace, defense, AR/VR, and advanced computing clients. This full-time remote role involves managing end-to-end design workflows, from concept development and storyboarding to final execution of digital and print assets.

You will oversee and mentor designers, collaborate closely with marketing strategists and technical subject matter experts, and ensure that all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives. Daily tasks include creating high-quality visuals, reviewing and refining team deliverables,



presenting design concepts to stakeholders in English, and continuously improving processes to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design and layout skills, with experience creating digital and print assets for technical or B2B brands.
- 5+ years of experience required.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or comparable software).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a design team, including mentoring, feedback, and project coordination.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, or engineering teams to translate technical information into compelling visual narratives.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on deadline in a remote environment.
- Background in marketing, design, or a related field; experience in aerospace, defense, AR/VR, or advanced computing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
