Role Description The Senior Designer – Management Level – English Required is a full-time remote role responsible for leading design initiatives and guiding a distributed creative team. This position oversees the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and visual direction through detailed execution and final delivery across digital and print channels.

Day-to-day tasks include developing design strategies, reviewing and refining team members’ work, creating high-quality visual assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

The Senior

Designer collaborates closely with product, marketing, and technical stakeholders,



translating business goals into clear design requirements and timelines. This role also includes mentoring designers, managing workloads and priorities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and collaboration.

Qualifications

- Strong visual and interaction design capabilities, including layout, typography, color, and user-centered design principles.
- 5 Years of experience required.
- Experience in design leadership or management, including guiding teams, providing constructive feedback, and overseeing multiple projects.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar applications).
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time, priorities, and collaboration across time zones.
- Background in digital product design, brand design, or marketing design, preferably in a technology or creative industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing leadership on complex design projects and measurable impact on user experience or brand performance.
