Bridgeway Global Staffing is looking for a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own content strategy, media production, and community growth for our U.S. clients.

This role combines social strategy, short-form video creation, graphic production, and audience management across multiple platforms.

? Job Details:

- Location: 100% Remote (LatAm)
- Schedule: Full-time (U.S. business hours)

- Compensation: Paid in USD

? What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute content calendars for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and X.
- Create high-converting short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and static graphics.
- Write clear, engaging post captions tailored to U.S. audiences.
- Monitor channel performance, track engagement metrics, and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Engage with followers and handle active community management to drive brand authority.

✨ Requirements:
- Advanced/Bilingual English fluency (C1/C2)



with exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating social media management, graphic design, and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Deep understanding of current social algorithms, trends, and content hooks.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage content deliverables independently.
