Beyond standard processing knowledge, they possess deep expertise in Workday’s underlying architecture, specifically in building and maintaining benefit plans, coverage groups, and payroll earnings/deductions through complex logic and condition rules. They take a hands-on approach to system optimization, utilizing EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders)



and Calculated Fields to automate the flow of data between modules while ensuring flawless tax and regulatory compliance.
