Role Description The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business opportunities for Fanz. Day-to-day, the BDR will research and identify potential event organizers, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and conduct outreach via email, calls, and social channels. This role will present Fanz’s value proposition,



schedule and run discovery meetings, and support demos to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The BDR will collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, build targeted campaigns, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing insights to improve go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
Proven Sales and Business Development experience in B2B environments, ideally with SaaS or technology products.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive storytelling.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
