Virtual Assistant – Customer Support & Outreach
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support us with our day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with customers and prospects, and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and replying to emails and shared inboxes
Answering customer questions and providing basic customer support
Following up with prospects and clients
Helping with outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn and other channels
Making occasional calls to prospects, customers or partners
Scheduling calls, demos and interviews
Coordinating calendars and appointments
Keeping track of conversations and making sure no follow-up is missed
Updating CRM, spreadsheets and internal tools
Helping the team with research and simple administrative tasks
Supporting the founders and team with various day-to-day operational tasks
The role is varied,
so we’re looking for someone comfortable switching between customer support, outreach, organization and general assistance.
What we’re looking for
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
Strong communication skills
Very organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with people on calls
Fast and responsive during working hours
Able to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable using tools such as Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, spreadsheets and CRMs
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, SDR, Customer Support Representative or Operations Assistant is a plus
What matters most
We don’t expect you to know everything from day one.
We’re mainly looking for someone who is reliable, resourceful, proactive and easy to work with.
When something needs to be done, we want someone who can understand the task, figure things out and move it forward without requiring constant supervision.
