About the Role:
At DiDi,



we drive growth across LATAM by building high-value retention models for our driver-partners. We are seeking a Senior Operations & Data Analyst to lead the analytical evaluation, impact measurement, and execution of our Loyalty Level System.
Note: This is an analytical, strategy, and execution role — NOT a sales, cold-hunting, or BD position.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze quantitative performance of driver loyalty programs, subscription perks, and benefit adoption using SQL and BI Tools.
Build automated dashboards, reports, and strategic presentations for regional stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional launch operations across Legal, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.
Turn driver insights into actionable business decisions to maximize driver retention.

Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in Growth Operations, Loyalty Analytics, Retention Strategy, or Marketplace Operations within Tech/Mobility environments.
Advanced hands-on data skills: SQL + Power BI /
