? What You'll Be Doing
Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Help organize daily priorities and task lists.
Coordinate meetings across different time zones.
Manage emails and help identify important or time-sensitive messages.
Draft emails, letters, documents, and other business correspondence.
Conduct online research and provide clear summaries.




Research vendors, products, services, travel, events, and business opportunities.
Create and organize spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and documents.
Follow up with team members on projects, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
Help coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Organize digital files and company information.
Assist with data entry and administrative projects.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners when needed.
Use AI and productivity tools to help complete tasks faster and more efficiently.
Help the CEO stay organized and ahead of a constantly changing schedule.
Jump into new projects and figure things out when something unexpected comes up.
