JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Trafilea,



our outbound operation connects global 3PLs with Amazon FBA, TikTok
FBT, D2C, B2B, and other sales channels across multiple markets.

We’re looking for an Outbound Omnichannel Lead who can execute that operation
with precision — and then make it better.

You’ll combine hands-on supply chain execution with data, reporting, automation,
and AI to improve visibility, eliminate manual work, solve discrepancies at the
source, and help us scale a more efficient global operation.

* Drive 3PL performance by monitoring SLA, OTP, backlog, and operational issues
across international warehouses.

* Manage Amazon FBA & TikTok FBT operations, including replenishments,
shipments, removals, and inventory discrepancies.

* Execute Transfer Orders and B2B orders across the US, Canada, UK, Australia,
and international 3PLs.

* Protect inventory availability, supporting 99%+ in-stock coverage and
effective aged inventory management.
