What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?




Lead and support system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of enhancements and workflows
Create, configure, execute, and track business assessments within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Oracle
Support day-to-day workflow execution and system operations while ensuring process accuracy and efficiency
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements in partnership with business and technical teams
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar workflow-based systems
Experience supporting system testing, validation, workflow execution, and bus
