Role Overview
As a Project Manager at CodingIT, you will lead software development projects with a strong focus on problem-solving, execution, and team leadership. We are looking for a professional who understands how complex problems are structured, enjoys finding practical solutions, and can guide teams through ambiguity with clarity and direction.
This role goes beyond coordination. You will actively drive decisions, unblock teams, apply structured processes, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders, while leading teams toward predictable and high-quality delivery in an international environment.





Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects end-to-end.
Break down complex problems into actionable plans and guide teams toward effective solutions.
Define scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Apply and adapt project management methodologies and processes according to each project’s context.
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring transparency and control.
Actively manage risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies and driving resolution.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders.
Lead and support development teams, enabling focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Promote structured delivery practices, retrospectives, and lessons learned.
