About the role

We're a Dubai-based advisory group in real estate (RHK Properties) and UAE company formation (Oxford Management Consultancy). We're building a Spanish-language video channel to reach investors and business owners interested in Dubai property and setting up companies in the UAE, and we need a natural on-camera presenter to be the face of it.

You script and present. We handle the editing. You send us raw footage, our team makes it look great.

What you'll create

- Talking-head videos on Dubai investment, UAE company formation, and market updates
- Podcast-style / long-form pieces explaining topics in a clear, engaging way
- Short-form clips for social (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Around 2 videos per week

What we're looking for

- Native or fully fluent Spanish, with strong, natural on-camera presence
- A real portfolio or showreel of on-camera work (this is required, no reel, no review)




- Ability to take a script or topic and deliver it with energy and clarity
- Your own decent filming setup (good camera/phone, clean audio, good lighting)
- Comfort learning our topics (real estate, investment, company setup) and staying on message
- Reliable, consistent, hits a weekly schedule

Nice to have

- Background or interest in real estate, finance, or business
- Experience creating content for a brand, not just personal channels

Compensation Contract. Paid per video during an initial trial, moving to a monthly retainer for an agreed number of videos once we're a fit.
