Supply Chain Specialist

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist . Are you passionate about optimizing business operations, managing order fulfillment, analyzing data, and driving process improvements?

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional to support our order management and supply chain operations , ensuring efficient business fulfillment and seamless collaboration across upstream and downstream activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support business operations across order requirements, order fulfillment, order configuration, and order transactions .
- Identify business exceptions and coordinate timely and structured solutions.
- Collaborate proactively with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Perform data collection, processing, statistics, and analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and support data analysis tools and reports .
- Identify operational risks, provide timely feedback, and follow up until closure.




- Ensure compliance with order operations and supply chain business processes and guidelines .

What We’re Looking For

- Strong knowledge of order management, supply chain processes, operational workflows, work instructions, and information flows .
- Understanding of related business processes such as LTC, CRM, Finance, and Operations .
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with tools and systems such as DFS, OSS, idóneo 2C, ITP, RMS, and IOC .
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify exceptions, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in similar positions
