The Team Lead, is the people manager who is in charge of leading the end-to-end operational performance for assigned insurance operation workstreams. This role ensures consistent achievement of quality, production, and client SLA targets while fostering strong talent development, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor partners closely with general stakeholders to deliver compliant, cost-effective, and scalable operations that support the company's strategic objectives and client commitments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Manages day to day operations making sure associates Quality and productivity are up to

standard.
- Leads performance conversations with associates. Creating short/long term goals for

his/hers work group.
- Coaches for performance leading the team for success and communicating the

departamental performance appropriately.
- Manages communication with leadership and peers on a clear and proactive way. Maintains

stakeholders on the loop of challenges, opportunities and operational success.
- Manages change within the group.
- Works with local managers proposing action plans to work on operational gains and

improvements.
- Enforces all corporate/operational/departmental policies and values




- Ensures that controls exist to monitor existing performance for all department assignments and

managing financial risk to the clients and company by effectively managing controls to prevent losses and poor customer support.
- Provides coaching and direction to all associates within department that promote continued

improvement in performance.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience

- Two or more years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience in customer service,operations, retail banking or hazard insurance processing is

desirable.
- Knowledge: Good verbal and written communications skills, analytical skills. An understanding

of human resource policies and procedures.
- Skills: Well developed interpersonal skills promoting team participation with assigned staff.

Motivational methods to improve and develop assigned staff. Ability to engage co-workers and peers in cross-functional teams. Multi-task and perform multiple goals/objectives.

Soft Skills

Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping up with deadlines, and meeting client compliance goals/standards.

Be able to make quick decisions even when not all the information is at hand.
