Job Title: Workforce Software Consultant

Location: Remote Anywhere in LATAM

Language: English + Spanish or Portuguese Required

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software Consultant to support client projects in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Workforce Software and strong communication skills.

Candidates may be located anywhere in Latin America (LATAM) but must be proficient in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Workforce Software implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective Workforce Software solutions.
- Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Participate in solution design and requirements analysis.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.




- Support integrations and data-related activities.
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Provide production and post-implementation support.
- Resolve functional issues and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Workforce Software.
- Experience with Workforce Management solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Spanish or Portuguese.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

- Workforce Software implementation experience.
- Consulting/SI experience.
- Experience supporting LATAM clients.
- Experience with enterprise HR or workforce management systems.
- Integration experience.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
