We are a growing healthcare company looking for a creative, results driven Content Creator to help build our brand, engage our audience, and drive business growth through compelling content.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Content Creator who can develop engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and video content. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and understands how to create content that attracts attention and generates engagement.

Responsibilities

- Create high quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Write captions and marketing copy
- Develop content calendars and content strategies
- Create or coordinate video content and short-form reels
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and social media best practices
- Collaborate with team members to support marketing campaigns

Requirements

- Must provide proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a U.S.-based company or brand
- References must be from a U.S.-based company, and candidates must provide links to their work (published content, managed accounts, or portfolio) as part of their application
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines




- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
- Experience creating video content and editing reels/shorts
- Graphic design experience
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Portfolio showcasing previous content work

Pay: $12,100.00 - $24,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
