Voice Actor – Italian Speakers (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do

- Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and creative prompts

- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness

- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech

- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and authentic natural delivery

- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Fluent in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken expression

- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording,



dubbing, or similar fields

- Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment

- Skilled at delivering clear, engaging, and expressive vocal performances across different styles and tones

- Detail-oriented when it comes to assessing pronunciation, cadence, tone, and clarity

- No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience with studio recording or remote voice-over production workflows

- Familiarity with different Italian regional accents or dialects

- Background in broadcasting, theatre, film dubbing, or commercial voice work

- Experience evaluating or reviewing audio content for quality assurance
