Role Overview

We are inviting experienced Mental Health Counselors to join the Kyrios Global Community and participate in paid healthcare research opportunities focused on mental health, behavioral health, patient care, and related healthcare topics.

As part of Kyrios, you can take part in paid surveys, one-on-one interviews, advisory discussions, virtual panels, and other research activities aligned with your professional background. These opportunities are designed to bring the real-world perspective of counselors and behavioral health professionals into healthcare research and decision-making.

Participation is completely flexible and remote, allowing you to choose only the opportunities that match your expertise, interests, and availability.

This is not a full-time position and does not require any ongoing commitment.

What Participation Involves

- Sharing professional insights from your experience in counseling and mental health support
- Participating in paid surveys, one-on-one interviews, virtual panels, or advisory discussions
- Contributing perspectives on topics such as mental health conditions, counseling approaches, behavioral health, patient experiences, treatment and support strategies, access to care, and evolving mental healthcare solutions




- Participating remotely through online platforms or by phone
- Choosing only the opportunities that align with your professional background and availability

Qualifications

- Qualified or licensed Mental Health Counselor, Professional Counselor, or equivalent recognized counseling credential in your country or region
- Currently practicing or professionally active in a clinic, private practice, hospital, community mental health service, behavioral health organization, academic institution, research setting, or related healthcare environment
- Relevant experience in areas such as mental health counseling, psychotherapy, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, patient support, psychological wellbeing, or related mental healthcare
- Interest in healthcare research, innovation, and contributing professional insights that can help inform better mental health and healthcare solutions

Compensation

Honoraria ranging from $50 to $500+ per study, based on scope, format, and time commitment.

There is no minimum participation required.
