? We’re hiring: Lead Solution Analyst – Payments

We are looking for a strong Lead/Senior Solution Analyst with deep Payments experience to join a challenging international project within the financial services/ banking domain.

This role is idóneo for someone who combines strong business analysis, functional solution design, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills.

? Key responsibilities:

- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable and reusable functional solutions
- Work on Cross-Border and Real-Time Payments initiatives
- Follow ISO 20022 / CBPR+ standards
- Prepare detailed interface mapping and static data documentation
- Collaborate closely with business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Support Agile, cross-functional teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
- Support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution and tracking
- Identify risks and issues proactively and drive appropriate mitigation




- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality delivery

? What we’re looking for:

✅ 15+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in Payments / Solution Analysis

✅ Strong experience in Cross-Border Payments

✅ Extensive knowledge of ISO 20022, CBPR+ and MX messaging

✅ Experience with pacs/camt messages is highly desirable

✅ Exposure to front-to-back system implementations

✅ Strong understanding of business and technical architecture

✅ Excellent requirements analysis and functional documentation skills

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

✅ Experience working in Agile / cross-functional environments
