Lead the architectural and technical design process
Develop creative and functional solutions meeting client requirements and industry standards
Oversee design quality through regular reviews and guidance to the design team
Maintain the project's Documentation Set and BIM model as complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants on design and project implementation
Participate in design and construction coordination
Ensure seamless integration of architectural and technical project aspects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
At least 3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects
Advanced/Native English speakers only
Profound knowledge and experience using BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or others
Previous work experience developing projects for the US
In-depth working knowledge of construction, with emphasis on production work in a team environment and project setup
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different teams and disciplines
