Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build our presence in Argentina.
You will lead end-to-end sales, from prospecting to closing, and run on-site client meetings, demonstrations, and contract negotiations with farmers and ranchers.
You will shape local quotas, commissions, and sales processes as the team scales, mentor new hires, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure post-sale success in the region.
Fluency in Spanish and professional English is required.
