Our Partner is a North American technology and consulting multinational, with important recognition and experience at an international level, a wide presence throughout the globe with different Technology services and in continuous expansion.
Excellent growth potential and a duration of 3 months (project ends in december ****) but possibility to continue working in other similar positions with our partner.Candidates from CABA or GBA are required to work Full-Time on the client's payroll or even with MaxIT Consulting.
2/3 times per week at the client's office in Florencio Varela with transfers and meals coveredThe search is oriented to cover the needs of a long-term assignment where the final client is a British retail company.Main responsibilities and key capabilities:A- Cutover Expertise:Developing and maintaining a detailed cutover activity and resource plan (business and technical tasks) and ensure alignment with project and programme plan milestonesEnsuring that Site and Project resource levels and quality are appropriate to support delivery of the cutover plan.




Resolve any variances with the Deployment Manager and Site LeadEnsuring the site team understand their cutover responsibilities hold a dress rehearsal aheadManaging risks and issues, escalating as required to the Deployment Manager in the first instance to ensure mitigationTrack progress against detailed cutover plan, ensuring the site team provide timely updatesDuring live cutover, act as the site cutover coordinator, leading the control centre, ensuring adherence to plan and managing any variances in conjunction with key members of the site and project teamsDriving closure of key post go live cutover activity and associated issues post go live items from the cutover planB- Hypercare Expertise:Plan and arrange post go-live hypercare structure and organisationTriage tickets raised and co-ordinate activities across all teamsCommunicate with incident requester for any additional required informationAllocate incidents to the correct individuals in the relevant resolver group(s) for resolutionCoordinate incident resolution between resolver groups as requiredManage escalations and setup cross-stream working groups to resolve issues if requiredPrepare and run the end of day Hypercare meeting and the sending of the daily Hypercare mailSome benefits of MaxIT -ask for Partner benefits-:Salaries + quarterly adjustmentsAdditional vacation daysBirthday day offFirst Level Health Insurance Plan for Family GroupReferral programJoin this incredible opportunity to continue growing and working with the best!
