ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Some responsibilities will be:

- Lead live customer onboarding and training sessions via Zoom or Google Meet, understanding workflows and configuring the system in real time.
- Configure and customize Connecteam to meet customer requirements, including scheduling, attendance, PTO, payroll policies, forms, permissions, and roles.
- Build and implement schedules, templates, rules, forms, and policies to support customer operations.
- Import, migrate, and manage employee and scheduling data using Excel/CSV while ensuring data accuracy.
- Perform quality assurance checks, identify setup issues before go-live, and ensure accounts fully operational.
- Advise customers on best practices to drive successful adoption and long-term platform usage.
- Document configurations, action items, and collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and onboarding success.

What hard skills do we need?

- 1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, technical support,



or back-office configuration (required)
- Strong technical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail
- Native or near-native English level with excellent presentation and communication - Confidence working directly with customers (often non-technical frontline managers)
- Ability to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps
- Comfortable working US hours (CST/EST time zone) - required for live calls
- Previous experience with SaaS configuration, operations, or back-office support - big plus.
