Job Summary

The Environment, Health and Safety Engineer will assist the EH&S; Manager in implementing and monitoring Environment, Health, and Safety programs to ensure the protection of employees, property, and the environment. Oversees compliance with regulatory, corporate, and customer requirements while maintaining the effectiveness of EH&S; Management Systems and adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

This position will report to Environment, Health and Safety Manager.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and change management reviews to minimize operational and environmental risks.
- Investigate EHS incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver EHS training, safety orientations, awareness programs, and committee meetings to strengthen safety culture.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, including EHS management systems, procedures, and documentation.
- Serve as the site's Pollution Control and Safety Officer, ensuring adherence to applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance activities, permits, audits, and inspections with agencies such as DOLE, DENR, PEZA, and FDA.
