What we are looking for -Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Talent Coordinator.The primary role of the Talent Coordinator is responsible for identifying, booking, and contracting talent for our wide variety of productions. This role requires a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in securing top-tier talent.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the production team to understand the vision and requirements of each project, and provide valuable input on casting choices.
- Source and recruit talent through various channels, including online platforms, industry connections, and talent agencies.
- Conduct auditions and casting sessions to identify and select suitable performers for various film productions within our streaming service
- Review portfolios, headshots, and video submissions to assess the suitability of potential performers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with actors and actresses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their careers.
