Role Description The Senior Designer – Team Leader – English Required is a full-time remote role responsible for leading a small design team and delivering high-quality visual assets for technical marketing campaigns. Day-to-day work includes planning and overseeing design projects, creating and refining visual concepts, and producing digital and print materials that clearly communicate complex technologies. The Senior Designer collaborates closely with marketing strategists, content creators,



and technical stakeholders to ensure design work supports brand and campaign goals. This role also includes mentoring team members, managing workflows and deadlines, and maintaining consistent design standards across all client deliverables.
Qualifications
Strong visual design skills for digital and print media, including layout, typography, and branding.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar platforms).
Min 5 years of experience required.
Experience leading or supervising design teams, including project coordination and feedback delivery.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals for marketing purposes.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for remote collaboration and client interaction.
