We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who understands that clicks, impressions, and low-cost leads are only part of the picture.
The real question is:
Are our campaigns generating the right leads — and are those leads turning into revenue?
That's where you come in.
Many businesses can tell you how many leads their campaigns generated.
Far fewer can answer:
Which channels produce the best customers?
Which audiences actually convert?
Where is budget being wasted?
Which campaigns are creating qualified pipeline?
What should be scaled — and what should be stopped?
As Senior Paid Media Manager, you'll help answer those questions.
You'll own paid media performance across Google, Meta, and other relevant channels. You'll combine campaign data with CRM and offline conversion data to make smarter optimization and investment decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly in the platforms,



analyzing performance, testing ideas, and improving results.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
You'll manage and optimize campaigns across:
Google Search
Google Shopping
Google Display
YouTube
Meta Ads
Paid social
Programmatic and emerging channels
You'll take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle:
Campaign structure → Targeting → Bidding → Budget allocation → Testing → Optimization → Scaling
Performance Optimization
You'll continuously analyze and improve performance across metrics such as:
CPA
ROAS
CTR
Conversion rate
Lead quality
Pipeline contribution
Revenue impact
However, this role is not about optimizing vanity metrics.
A cheaper lead isn't necessarily a better lead.
You'll use CRM and offline conversion data to understand what happens after a lead is generated and feed those insights back into campaign strategy and optimization.
