Estamos en busca de estudiantes en los últimos años de universidad para unirse a nuestro increíble equipo de People & Culture en Argentina.

Tareas diarias:




- Apoyar a los P&C; Partners de Argentina en tareas operativas y estratégicas.
- Crear requisiciones de empleo en Workday cuando sea necesario contratar una nueva posición.
- Construir y consolidar organigramas.
- Diseñar piezas de comunicación, armar listas y enviarlas a los diferentes destinatarios.
- Apoyar en la logística de diferentes actividades e iniciativas propuestas por el área.

Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:
- Estudiante avanzado en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras relacionadas.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros, fórmulas).
- Nível de ingles (intermedio/avanzado).
