IBI Healthcare Institute is currently looking for two (2):
Healthcare Virtual Assistants - Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred but not required) with solid SALES skills

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound New Patient and Existing Patient Calls
- Exceptional Customer Service To Resolve Calls Completely

Requirements:
- Exceptional SALES experience is a MUST
- RN or clinical experience is a plus
- Experience with Athena EMR is a plus
- Bilingual (Spoken/Written Proficiency in both Spanish and English) preferred but not required.
- MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT to the following rotating schedules in EST (8am-5pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am)
